about me
I was born in Montreal, Canada but raised in Europe, mainly in Italy. Moving around and going to an international school allowed me to become fluent in six languages.
I graduated from my Bachelor's degree in Creative Technologies at NABA, Milan in 2021. There, I developed skills in video editing, 3D modelling, motion graphics, visual effects, UX/UI design, compositing, creative coding and multimedia art. My final Bachelor project was an interactive installation using TouchDesigner and Kinect motion detection technology, allowing me to graduate with Honours.
During this time, I also worked on freelance photography & video editing projects involving indie bands and small businesses wanting to grow a digital presence.
In June 2022, I completed my Master's degree in Design for Emergent Futures at IAAC, Barcelona. It focused on digital fabrication skills and had a speculative approach to design. The course's goal was to create a new generation of Designers, where innovation and sustainability are put first.
Now I am working on projects I'm passionate about intersecting art, technology, and environmental sustainability. I love using my creative skills to make a positive impact & educate people on important topics.
Curiosity, expermentation, creativity, exploration.
I started my career by producing music videos and merchandise for indie bands, including Molly Drag, LoTom, Los Pesos, Fog Lake and GirlPool. I also shot & edited promotional videos, photos and instagram reels for small & medium businesses, including Tropicfeel, Nomadic State of Mind, ViolabyPullover and Amare Mio.
Further on, I started curating art exhibitions & live events around the world, from Santiago de Chile to Milan, Italy to Barcelona, Spain. Projects included live music, projections and interactive installations for either artistic purposes or brand awareness. To further grow my skills & keep up with the creative and experimental community, I co-founded MovingWorks, a distributed design collective. I am now the Art Director & Project Manager for MovingWorks and host a live VJ set series in Barcelona, featuring a collective of passionate young artists and DJs.
In most recent years, I've also worked with tech companies like LittleBig Connection, TD Systems, Beatreex & Qatium to achieve impressive videos & stunning branding in order to be disruptors and pioneers in their respective industries.
I also work freelance as a Branding & Motion design specialist, creating online content for brands such as Adriana Blanc, Slovo and TedX.
