No Women, No Spice.

No Women, No Spice is a fair trade African spice brand built around a powerful idea: reimagining the traditional spice route through equity, sustainability, and exceptional flavour.

As a supporting designer on the rebrand, I helped develop graphic assets for both digital and print applications, contributing to a visual system that brought the brand’s story and mission to life across multiple touchpoints. The identity centred on the message “Reboot the Spice Route” — a narrative that challenges the conventional spice supply chain by recognising the essential role of women farmers and placing ethical sourcing at the heart of the brand.

The goal was to create a brand presence that felt bold, story-led, and rooted in purpose. Through considered visuals, scalable design assets, and promotional website content, the rebrand positioned No Women, No Spice as more than a product brand: it became a platform for celebrating the relationship between the earth, the farmer, and the consumer.

This vision challenges and transforms the traditional spice supply chain by putting equity, sustainability, and exquisite flavor at the forefront. Recognizing that the conventional spice route often overlooks the crucial roles of women farmers and sustainable practices. We have decided to reimagine this centuries-old journey with a fresh, ethical approach. The unique mission of No Women. No Spice. is to celebrate the deep, intricate connection between the earth, the farmer, and the consumer.
