
Qatium is a technical B2B SaaS platform used by water professionals to model and manage complex water systems.
The goal was to create a tutorial and demo series that made the product feel clear, approachable, and engaging for first-time users while staying fully aligned with the brand.
I led the project from creative direction to final delivery, combining product storytelling, scripting, screen recordings, voice-over coordination, video editing, and motion design.





Challenge
The main challenge was simplifying a complex technical product without making it feel basic.
The tutorials needed to:
We used Qatium’s mascot, Q, as the narrator and guide throughout the series, creating a friendlier entry point into the product.
Instead of relying only on screen recordings, the videos combined product footage, animated callouts, branded transitions, captions, music, and voice-over.
I also created reusable motion templates to keep the series consistent and scalable.
The final series created a clearer product education experience and a repeatable format for future tutorials.
It helped align brand identity with product communication, making complex workflows easier to understand through visual storytelling and motion.
